Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece at Untamed Threads Co. is custom or one-of-a-kind upcycled, all sales are final by default. We put serious care into every item but if something arrives damaged or there's an error on our end, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
- Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Custom orders and upcycled pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at untamedthreadscompany@!gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We'll review and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we'll provide return instructions and a resolution (exchange, store credit, or refund).
